As we honour the season of winter outside, join us indoors for an evening class practised by candlelight & firelight.
This is a slower-paced yoga practice that focuses on breath, mindfulness, and mobility.
Using grounded movement and breath work to unwind and release tension. Finishing with supportive restorative poses, plus 5-10 minutes of guided meditation and reflection.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
