Menopause Yoga Workshop (*beginner friendly)

Menopause is a single day in a what can be a very long time of fluctuation. Our hormones can begin to change as early as our 30's, and symptoms such as brain fog and hot flashes can continue well into our post-menopausal years.

This Menopause Yoga workshop is for anyone who is anywhere in the menopause transition (pre/peri/post menopause) and will offer practices for some common symptoms experienced during the menopause transition. It offers an open space for discussion, education and support to all. Each class invites us to explore tools and practices that draw from the wisdom of yoga and other complementary practices - yoga poses, breath work, meditation, journaling, women's circles, Ayurveda, and sharing our own lived wisdom and strength.

--> While each workshop has a focus, you do not need to be experiencing any particular symptom to attend.
